Here’s me, jumping back on the closet cosplay challenge bandwagon with a shiny new year worth of prompts from Breezeeweezee and Zeveelia. And as I see it, this year is well worth jumping onto with all of those fun prompts, particularly with the first one being space!
I love space stuff, but my closet had a severe lack of space related clothing. But for January the prompt is space, so I dug in to see what I could find. Ended up grabbing my Starlord cardi for a lazy space adventurer stealth cosplay to wear around the city.
While waiting for the train I had a lot of fun with my phone camera timer trying to get a cool looking hair flick. This picture took far more attempts than I care to admit! And as an added bonus other travelers gave me a reasonably wide berth while I spun in circles and stared somewhat manically at my phone propped up by my bag on a nearby bench.
I also added in these quite fantastic acrylic planet earrings that I got many moons ago from a tiny shop in a different state I have since lost the details for. Black and white combined together is my favourite aesthetic, add in glitter and space themes and these earrings are the most perfect things for me ever! I really should come up with reasons to wear them more. Or just wear them because I can!
